Vascular Physiology Laboratory

Dr. Stone worked in the Kluess Lab at the University of Arkansas, where she earned her Ph.D. Since 2011, she has completed a post-doctoral fellowship with Dr. Marc Kaufmann at PennState Hershey Medical Center. Her specialization is the physiology of the exercise pressor reflex.

Dr. Stone recently accepted an assistant professor position in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Kirk Evanson earned his Ph.D. in the Kluess Lab at the University of Arkansas in May 2011. He then joined Dr. Jonathon Jaggar's lab at the University of Tennessee Memphis Medical Center as a post-doctoral fellow. His speciality is the role of ion channels in controlling brain blood flow.

Dr. Evanson has recently accepted a faculty position in the Department of Nutrition, Food and Exercise Sciences at Florida State University.
